30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Rockrocker's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

* Returns must include all accessories

* Items must include original packaging

* For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

* For quality related warranty claims, Rockrocker refunds the cost of the product itself

* Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Rockrocker's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. 

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

    How to Return an Item

    * If you would like to return your machine, please email to our customer service (support@rockrocker.com) for a return label. If the customer pays for the return by self without asking our customer service for a return label, we do not refund the return shipping costs.

    * Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

    * Your item must be in the original packaging. Or the refund and replacement will not be issued. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety directions on how to ship the product.

      We do not offer free returns except in product quality problems or EXTREME product defects, customers need to pay for shipping.

      Please note: To avoid malicious returns and save our labor costs and time. If the customer claimed the product defective and request return. Please provide product videos to us. At the same time, we will detect the cause of the failure after the product is returned to the warehouse. If it is man-made damage or return caused by improper use. We will charge consumers a return fee of 10%~20%, and the return shipping fee is borne by the consumer.

      Retail Partner Purchases

      Every Rockrocker product bought from Rockrocker.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.


      Refund

      Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and provide a tracking number. After we receive the item you returned and check out that the item is in good condition, we will replace or refund you. This will be issued in 5-7 business days.

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Rockrocker.com.
